They are absolutely the best around when it comes to automotive repair. I took my 2005 Buick Lacrosse in for power steering issues that I was encountering for a couple months. After going to several mechanic shops and mobile mechanics in the area including a large national chain down the street from them for the same issue to no avail. However,I finally got the issue repaired with SBS Automotive. I've owned this car for almost 20yrs. So I've had my share of mechanic work over the years. I can say hands down they are above and beyond the competitors in terms of quality and customer service. I was actually referred to them by another mechanic! Hands down the best auto mechanic I’ve been to. They keep you updated in a timely fashion about what needs to be done. They explain what they will need to do to fix your vehicle. They even go one step above and do a full inspection of your vehicle. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Found myself needing some repairs and since we're new to the area I had no idea where to go. I happened to find this shop recommended through FB and decided, why not? I am so glad I made this choice. All my questions were answered before work began, the repairs were made quickly, and my pick up time was easily accommodated without any issue. Also bonus, there's the sweetest shop pup. I was referred to SBS by Anthony of Braking Bad. A tire was at risk of detaching from my car and SBS was able to evaluate, diagnose, acquire the parts, and do the labor in a two days. Their website and quote system is very easy to understand. Nicole's communication made my stress level plummet, and Eric's work has them in my Rolodex! And they are so nice! Plus they have the sweetest office pup! 🐾

I want to thank Eric and Nicole for their recent help to us! My husband and I took our work van into their shop to have the brakes and some other items inspected for safety and usage. On short notice, they got us worked in very quickly and Eric gave us accurate assessments on everything. The price for the inspections was very reasonable and Nicole called me promptly with updates.
